Investment in technology and infrastructure is a key focus as the business strives to increase the energy produced for the world along with a commitment to enhancing their value to society.Job DescriptionAs the successful candidate your key responsibilities will be;Preparation of business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and deliver plans to support investment decisionsCoordinate the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projectsAdvise on security of project agreements and minimisation of financing riskResponsible for coordinating the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projectsProvide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury project finance areaLead multi-disciplinary project evaluations and development teams assigned to grow and enhance current operations and profitabilityDeveloping junior staffUp-to-date of and analysis of international, regional and local economic and banking dataManagement of potential opportunities and alert management of potential risks.The Successful ApplicantMy client is keen to consider candidates who have developed their experience in the banking or energy industry with around seven years experience in related project finance and corporate finance work.Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business and a preference would be if you held an MBA or other advanced business degree. Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.
