Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
  • Prepare, analyse and present financial reports to company directors
  • Develop financial systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a management accounts reporting model with relevant updates, such as the rollover of the financial year and code mapping.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and review all aspects with forward and retrospective view.
  • Manage team within the finance department.
  • Engage with auditors for company audits.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but will consider QBE.
  • Proficient use of finance software.
  • Strong financial modelling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
