Job Description

Production Manager your responsibilities are;

  • Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimise workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to enhance processes.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team for improved performance.
  • Analyse production data and generate reports for senior management.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to minimise downtime.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in production management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in a production environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing production metrics and data-driven decision-making.
