Job Description

As the Production Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

  • Enhance production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work on solutions.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, managers, and staff for project development.
  • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement cost-reductive changes.
  • Maintain documentation for industry and company compliance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Engineer should have:

  • A Qualification in Engineering such as; HNC, ONC, HND, NVQ
  • Proficiency in evaluating and improving production processes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective work relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
