Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Drive demand generation activities to increase recruitment and retention of app users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer insights.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for the products.
  • Manage product content across various digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proven track record in growth marketing roles with real life examples of key wins
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Creative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion and interest in healthy living and nutrition
  • Experience of scaling up a product or application
  • Comfortable attending their West Midlands offices 2-3 times a week
