Job Description

Key Responsibilities:· Carry out research calls to help identify key themes and topics for workshops, roundtables, and private dinners that the sales team could pitch.· Build ADI lists - this is ongoing throughout the campaign. · Identify the top 2-3 job titles (minimum) from each company that you want to add to your TM list for each bespoke event. Target 50-100 names (updating throughout the campaign). · Participate in calls with SPEX team - to promote selling in tandem.· Content pieces to be released throughout the year based off the back of the bespoke events run. Examples: speaker interviews; podcasts; press releases/updates from sponsors.

The Successful Applicant



Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Experience in looking beyond the traditional conference industry revenue model and be open to embracing and creating new ideas around a commercial model.
  • A proven track record in cofex, or the energy, finance & investment sectors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Confident and can build rapport and lasting relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask, working on multiple events at the same time.
  • Experience of working with systems including, but not limited to, Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Interest in the energy, energy transition, cleantech, finance and investment.
