Long standing client is looking for a People Manager in London to join them on an FTC. You will lead their people strategy, support 1,500 colleagues, and drive impactful change in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations with flexible working, career progression, and comprehensive wellbeing benefits.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives to foster growth and progression.
  • Design and deliver innovative engagement programmes that promote inclusivity and embed company values.
  • Develop tailored Learning & Development solutions to address specific training needs.
  • Provide expert advice on complex Employee Relations cases, including tribunals.
  • Ensure smooth employee transitions under TUPE regulations with full compliance and engagement.
  • Analyse data to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.

  • Degree-qualified, with CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (highly desirable).
  • Expertise in managing TUPE processes and experience in multi-site operations, ideally within retail or hospitality.
