Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle patient queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluating billings and insurance eligibility, and file claims
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow within the department.
  • Manage patient records and maintain their confidentiality in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
  • Assist in the implementation of patient feedback for service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the hospital's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in relevant training and development activities to improve patient services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Patient Liaison Officer should have:
