Job Description

As a Patient Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organised schedule.
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals.
  • Handling patient inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assisting with the processing of paperwork relating to patient care.

  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of the secretarial and business support department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Patient Administrator should have:
