Job Description

Duties of the PA/ Office Manager:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Manage the diaries of 3 directors
  • Manage the office environment, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events, including preparing materials and minutes.
  • Assist with business support tasks, including document preparation and data management.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including email and phone calls.
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service to clients.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA/Office Manager should have:

  • Experience in a fast paced, commercial or events business
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
