Job Description

  • Sales Support: Order processing, deal registration, commissions calculation, invoicing and accounts receivables collection.
  • Finance Support: Reconcile invoices, corporate credit card transactions, and travel expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage HR administration, including the processing of payroll administration.
  • Onboarding Management: Serve as the primary contact for new hires, managing onboarding, equipment procurement, and system access.
  • Guest Reception & Meeting Coordination: Greet visitors, manage inbound calls, and coordinate in-house meeting rooms.
  • Procurement & Office Supplies: Process purchase requisitions and ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Must have experience in the operations field
  • Must have experience in order processing, invoices and have HR knowledge.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and team management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
