You will oversee total FM for the organisation ensuring the site is fully compliant and fit for purpose for all staff, tenants and visitors. The site consists of corporate office space, meeting rooms, communal areas and cafe/restaurant/gym etc.This is a new site requiring office fitout and mobilisation followed by operational FM / business as usual (BAU).Job DescriptionThe Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises including oversight of property management and facility management, budgeting, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
