Job Description



Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, Theale:

  • Coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities for solar PV sites across the UK


  • Liaise with internal teams, technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations


  • Track, manage, and report on asset performance using digital monitoring tools


  • Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance


  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all operational activities


  • Support the mobilisation of new sites into the operational portfolio


  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance


  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery



The Successful Applicant



Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, Theale:



  • Previous experience in an operations, maintenance, or coordination role, ideally within the renewable energy sector


  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


  • Proficient in using digital tools and systems for monitoring and reporting


  • Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to field-based operations


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team


  • A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving


  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations as required

Salary of circa £25,000 - £33,000 (dependant upon experience) and excellent package
