Job Description



Operations Coordinator - (9 - 3.30 pm), Near Slough:



  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth support to all areas of the business.


  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the site management team.


  • You will be customer facing, liaising on the phone, email and face to face


  • You will be doing tasks like clearing up after meetings have taken place, ensuring the kitchen areas remain keen and stocked.
  • Support compliance with health and safety protocols and site regulations.
  • Prepare and update documentation including reports, logs, and KPIs.
  • Address ad-hoc operational issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments.



The Successful Applicant

  • Have access to a car - You cannot reach this site without a car
  • You will be keen to commit to a One to Two month temporary role


  • Previous experience in an support coordination role.


  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.


  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Understanding of manufacturing or FMCG environments is desirable.


  • Available to work part-time hours (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and start immediately.



What's on Offer

£circa £12 - £15 per hour plus a great environment. This role will last 1 - 2 months (ongoing)
