Job Description

  • Oversee night operations within the logistics department
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement strategies to improve efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team towards achieving operational goals - including daily briefings
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Take charge of accident and incident investigations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Night Operations Team Leader will have:

  • Proven experience in Warehousing operations and Logistics.
  • Confidence in using WMS systems when required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • A passion for driving CI and efficiency processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within a logistics environment
  • A drive for progress in their career
