Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with national retail accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and maximise account potential.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clients showcasing product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build networks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Currently National Account Manager Level
  • Experience handling national accounts in the multiple grocery and multiple High Street (pharmacy) sectors
  • Knowledge/experience of retail supply chain process
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A full and clean driving licence
  • Commutable to London 1 Day A Week
