Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts within the retail sector, with a focus on mass-tige.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee the sales performance of key accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
  • Manage contract negotiations with key accounts.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NAM should have:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the retail sector.
  • FMCG experience (personal care preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
