A superb opportunity for a NAM looking to step into a blue chip with the responsibility of delivering the customer plans for Nisa + Morrisons Wholesale, with a P&L of £35m. You'll be instrumental in delivering the JBP's for these two strategic customers.

Job Description

  • Account Management: Full ownership of the Snacks business with NISA and day-to-day management of the Morrisons Wholesale account.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trading contacts, including commercial, supply, and activation teams.
  • Business Planning: Build, negotiate and execute joint business plans to achieve commercial objectives and mutual growth.
  • Promotional Management: Manage the wholesale promotional plan and achieve NPD targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management and GCC) to ensure accurate reporting, P&L analysis, and forecast accuracy.
  • In-Store Activation: Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Digital teams to build first-class in-store activation in NISA and own the in-store activation in Morrisons Wholesale

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrable FMCG National Account Management.
  • Proven sales experience with P&L ownership.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills for multi-faceted negotiations.
  • Customer-centric and innovative approach.
  • Ability to manage financial concepts and deliver results
