Job Description

The Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business objectives
  • Manage campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials that support service promotion
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure project success
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the professional services industry to inform marketing decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing/business/related field, or demonstrable experience within a similar role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A track record of working with agencies on projects - especially when it comes to branding and reputation
  • Experience within professional services would be advantageous.
