Job Description

  • Prepare financial reports and management accounts to support business decisions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial planning accuracy.
  • Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity.
  • Support cost analysis and control within the manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide ad hoc financial support as required by the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within industrial/manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
