The company prides itself on its strong team ethos and positive working environment.Job DescriptionOversee and maintain engineering systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations.Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimise production processes.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering activities, and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.To report any incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with Health and Safety Policies.Provide technical expertise and advice to support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Identify and propose cost-effective engineering solutions.To work closely with the Engineer on the opposite shift to ensure all handover of ongoing activities is carried out every day, and sharing all other information and practices as required.To provide knowledge and input into continuous improvement of plant, machinery, and maintenance activities.
