Job Description

As Maintenance Administrator, you will;

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks across properties, ensuring timely completion of works.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, updates, and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and tenants to address maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to property maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance operations.
