Job Description

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs within the company.
  • Managing and enhancing employee learning and development strategies.
  • Coordinating with department leaders to assess company-wide developmental needs.
  • Monitoring the success of development plans and making necessary modifications.
  • Ensuring all training activities align with the organisation's strategies and objectives.
  • Overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System.
  • Evaluating employee performance and identifying training needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning & Development Manager's should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in creating and implementing training programs.
  • Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial / manufacturing environment.
