With solid growth in terms of headcount within the on-trade sales team as well as market share over the past few years, this is an exciting time to join the team, and one at which progression prospects over the next few years are strong.Job Description ● Develop customer relationships with:- independent on-trade outlets to gain visibility for our client's products and partner on activation concepts and events- key regional and national distributors and wholesalers to ensure maximum availability of our products to the trade● Identify opportunities to partner with like-minded outlets and groups on events and activations to bring the company's brands to life● Identify new and develop existing specialist retail customers across assigned area - this will account for approximately 20% of the role week to week● Motivate and leverage partner distributor sales teams to sell our brands● Capitalise on strong customer relationships and effective account strategies to achieve volume, value, distribution, and visibility Key Performance Indicators● Creation of client facing activation plans focussed on awareness and aligned to brand objectives● Creation of customer specific brand trainings to build relationships and identify bartender advocates for the UK Portfolio● Work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure best possible delivery against agreed priorities and targets● Build extensive contact network within customer organisations (Media, Supply Chain etc)● Prepare external and internal presentations including brand updates, performance analysis and plans with objectivesThe Successful ApplicantWe are keen to speak to both candidates with existing drinks sales experience to the on-trade, as well as candidates with a background in bar or hospitality management.
