Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge through provided training to offer the best possible advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Sales Representative should have:

Essential:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn



Desirable:

  • A second language - French is a strong advantage
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
