Job Description

The successful Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies to effectively convey key messages.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across different channels.
  • Ensuring communications are delivered through the optimal channels and formats to engage and support partners.
  • Working collaboratively with peers and colleagues to achieve key objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of communication strategies.
  • Managing the production of promotional materials and construction of clear briefs for partners.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Communications Specialist should have the following skills...

  • Experience in internal or external communications.
  • Experience with communications technology, utilizing multiple platforms, including social media and digital applications.
  • Examples of supporting projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Ideally, exposure to a global business operating in multiple markets to appreciate nuances in culture.
  • You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional detail orientation.
  • An interest in health and wellness would be advantageous.
