Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsInterim contractHybrid workingAbout Our ClientThe client is a purpose driven organisation based in BirminghamJob DescriptionLead a major Total Reward Project, including the development of a new pay, reward, and benefits portal.Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, effectively managing relationships and overcoming challenges.Provide technical expertise, supporting costings, modelling, and the development of business cases.Manage external consultants, overseeing contracts and ensuring effective delivery.Develop strategic options and recommendations, influencing key decision-makers.Prepare and present board papers to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Committees, and Full Council.Work closely with project teams and the People & Organisational Development function to ensure smooth implementation.Develop and implement new policies as required.Deliver the Total Reward Project on time, within budget, and ensuring maximum benefit.The Successful ApplicantProven experience leading large-scale reward projects.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Technical expertise in reward, including cost modelling and business case development.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging at board level.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.What's on OfferInterim 6-9 month contractHybrid working in Birmingham, with some travel to LondonCompetitive salary or day rate on offerThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking organisation.
