The Recruitment Manager will lead a team of between 3 - 5 and support on the hiring of executive functions within the council.Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:Supporting the Director in the procurement of the attraction and talent system (Talos).Task management of the teams' deliverables (currently 3 FTE)Supporting the Director with recruitment to vacant posts within the team and wider HR Structure.Designing a redeployment policy and secondment policyDesign 'entry to work' programs for students within local schools studying GCSE-T Levels.Embed the new recruitment tools (currently introducing success profiles into the Council).Producing MI from the recruitment system with a view to supporting better insights on diversity at all stages of the recruitment cycle.Supporting with progression of all senior management and above recruitment for Exec Directorates *the completion of work in this area, also has support from an existing interim and it is expected you will support them where required. The Successful ApplicantA successful Interim Recruitment Manager should have:Proven track record of leading operational teams hands on in a customer-centric environment, consistently delivering high-quality services in fast-paced, complex environmentExperience working in a local authority or similar government bodyAbility to start immediately and commit to a 3 month contractWhat's on OfferAn all inclusive day rate of £375.
