Job Description

A Interim Organisational Design Lead to:

- Undertake an organisation design review

- Review the current org design and structures with the use of data led methodology

- Generate the current state of the organisation structures

- Provide guidance on the new organisation structure, assessing staffing levels, and cost

- Review job families, job titles and job descriptions

- Identify size, structure and recommended cost savings

- Hands on role

The Successful Applicant

A Interim Organisational Design Lead with:

- Immediate Start

- Previous experience leading on organisational design review that impacts 1-,2000 people

- Previous experience within the private sector essential
