The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions to streamline compensation programs and support the annual campaign working closely with the Total Reward team as the main stake holder.The HRIS Compensation System Analyst will understand perfectly the compensation and benefits processes and requirements to be able to drive the system implementation done by their implementation partner Oracle.The individual will provide functional support to the Total Reward team as well as local HR Specialists, incident management, release management/analysis, testing and training. He/She actively participates in projects and enhancements related to the HR systems, interfaces with the business and IT, gathers requirements from all countries, manage configuration changes with the implementation partner, creates reports, and is strong in analysis.This is a transversal and evolving role, supporting multiple HR domains, including performance management, recruiting, and talent management, depending on the candidate's expertise and career aspirations.The HRIS Senior Analyst will report to the HVC Global HRIS Transformation Director, Human Resources.In a nutshell, you will:Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems, primarily OracleIdentify system improvements and implement changes to increase efficiencyCoordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate data managementLead HRIS projects, including system upgrades and new implementationsProvide training and support to HRIS users across the organisationDevelop and maintain detailed user manuals and guidelinesEnsure compliance with data protection regulationsCollaborate with IT department to address any technical issuesCan be based one day a week on site or RemoteThe Successful ApplicantThe successful HRIS Senior Analyst should have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.Required: 6 to 13 years of experience in HRIS management with a focus on compensation implementation.Strong understanding of compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processingUnderstanding of Core HR data structure and managementProficiency in HRIS platforms ideally Oracle HCM or any major HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beqom, etc.Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong organization, prioritization, and consulting skill setexcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailProven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalWhat's on OfferA competitive salary range of £65,000 to £80000Excellent BenefitsOpportunity to work in a large, established business services companyVibrant company culture that encourages professional growthAn exciting role in Wrexham with the chance to make a real impactcan be based RemotelyWe invite all qualified individuals who are eager to accept these responsibilities and meet these qualifications to apply.
