Job Description

The HR Shared Service Manager - EMEA will be responsible for:

  • Development and Implementation of global HR programs and services.
  • Developing and optimising an efficient and successful Share Service Function to better the employee experience
  • Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives
  • Leading Operational HR Projects eg. building the Tier 2 service
  • Driving the use of the Workday system - optimising workflows and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading and developing a global team of 7, providing coaching and support
  • Resolving escalated and complex HR issues, providing advice and resolution on employee relations issues, policies and additional HR queries
  • Ensuring operations are aligned to relevant local employment law and regulations
  • Developing standardised processes, utilising the use of technology and driving continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Shared Services Manager - EMEA should have:

  • Experience within a Shared Service function (Global experience is desirable)
  • Proven experience in a similar industry is desirable (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing)
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems
