Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsHR Project Lead, Job Families - Required for immediate start18 month fixed term contractAbout Our ClientYou will be working for a well-known Public Sector organisation based in London.Job DescriptionAs HR Project Lead, Job Families your key responsibilities will be to:Provide clear leadership to the Job Families programme to ensure that the overall aims of the programme are effectively delivered.Working together with key leads in the People Function, Internal Communications and Digital to successfully implement Job Families.Ensure the overall project, key milestones and delivery dates are monitored and achieved.Ensure that all potential risks and issues are effectively identified and mitigated.Ensure all DE&I considerations of the programme are effectively and meaningfully considered, including but not limited to an Equality Impact Assessment.Provide effective stakeholder management of Corporate Management Team (CMT), so they are clear on their responsibilities, status of the programme and can effectively advocate for the programme.Lead a HR programme in a unionised environment. Ensure that consultation and/or negotiation are managed effectively and in line with best practice.Effective management of all resources allocated to the programme (including internal and external contractor resource).
