Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
  • Provide advice to management on organisational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits administration processes run smoothly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in human resources within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations matters.
  • Experience in implementing HR strategies and driving organisational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff.
  • A professional qualification in HR or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience operating as a HR Manager in the Manufacturing and Production industry or similar.
