Job Description

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.
