We're looking for a HR Manager to maintain and grow the HR team and deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service to staff and managers across the organisation

Job Description

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the recruitment and hiring process within the firm
  • managing employee relations cases and as well as supporting on more complex cases.
  • developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • overseeing performance management.
  • managing training and development programs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have similar experience in:

  • Proven experience managing HR team, function or shared services in a organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law,Recruitment processes, right to work and immigration compliance.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Leading ER cases within previously roles.
  • Working with stakeholders across multiple departments, and representing HR in cross-functional settings.
