Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programmes.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Overseeing and managing performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Reporting to senior management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field (CIPD Qualified)
  • Proven working experience in HR Manager role within a standalone capacity.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
