About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to support with the appointment of a stand alone HR Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business in North Birmingham.

Due to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully office based role.

Job Description

Reporting to the MD, the role of HR Manager will take full responsibility for all aspects of HR for this growing manufacturing business.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Manage recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
  • Manage all employee relations casework
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Up-skill line managers to deal with HR matters
  • Work closely with Payroll and Health & Safety Manager
  • Develop employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Support the MD and Leadership team with the people strategy and HR initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Produce monthly HR KPIs
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and fit for purpose

The Successful Applicant

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR role, ideally (both not essentially) within a similar sector.
