An exceptional opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join an ambitious team in the FinTech industry, based in London. The role will involve a blend of some strategic initiatives and predominantly day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes using platforms like Workable.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
  • Utilise HR systems such as Hi-Bob to maintain and update employee records.
  • Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • A solid understanding of all aspects of HR management within a SME
  • An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship by the employer
  • Substantial recent experience of supporting a call centre / sales client group of at least 50 headcount
  • Demonstrable recent experience of managing complex Employee Relations cases under UK law
  • Proficiency in HR systems like Hi-Bob and recruitment platforms like Workable.
  • A keen interest in the FinTech, Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within an organisation.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Financial Services experience desired but not essential
  • Able to be in office 5 days per week during probationary period. (Hybrid considered after this)
