Their central City of London office is a hub of activity, with a team dedicated to pushing boundaries and driving growth.Job DescriptionCollaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures.Manage recruitment processes using platforms like Workable.Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.Utilise HR systems such as Hi-Bob to maintain and update employee records.Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.Lead performance management processes.Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Generalist should have:A solid understanding of all aspects of HR management within a SMEAn existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship by the employerSubstantial recent experience of supporting a call centre / sales client group of at least 50 headcountDemonstrable recent experience of managing complex Employee Relations cases under UK lawProficiency in HR systems like Hi-Bob and recruitment platforms like Workable.A keen interest in the FinTech, Technology & Telecoms industry.A strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within an organisation.Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.A proactive and solutions-focused approach.Financial Services experience desired but not essentialAble to be in office 5 days per week during probationary period.
