Our client is a Not-for-Profit business, based in Runcorn. Due to continued growth they are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team.

Job Description

Duties of the HR Assistant:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job adverts and managing responses.
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative duties, including managing HR databases.
  • Coordinating with the HR team in executing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the organisation and management of staff training programs.
  • Helping in the processing of employees' requests and provide relevant information.
  • Handling staff leave records and attendance.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all HR related and sensitive matters.
  • Participating in HR projects when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • Experience as a HR Administrator
  • Proficiency in HR software and database management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Looking to build a career in HR
  • A keen attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
