Job Description

  • Supporting HR-related queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate management.
  • Helping with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the HR team with performance management procedures.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as required.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining employee records in line with privacy requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
