Our client is a medium-sized organisation within the professional services industry looking for a HR Advisor to join their site in Hinckley.

Job Description

  • Provide effective HR advice to clients, adhering to current legislation and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to resolve HR issues, promoting positive employee relations.
  • Manage and implement HR projects as required.
  • Support clients in managing change within their organisations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience working as HR Advisor in previous organisation
  • CIPD not essential
  • Working in the Retail or hospitality sector in a role but covering HR is acceptable
  • Excellent knowledge of current HR legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can commute to Hinckley Monday to Friday
