Job Description

As HR Administrator, you will;

  • Manage personnel records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to organising interviews
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents, including contract offers and salary changes.
  • Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Participate in HR projects as required
  • Assist with payroll procedures when necessary
  • Help in designing and implementing company policies
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • An interest in the Beverage or FMCG industry
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (CIPD would be beneficial)
  • Experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
