London Temporary £16 - £19 per hour View Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR administrator to join our Human Resources team to facilitate a data entry project. This role will be responsible for updating Right to Work details on excel and various HR systems. Flexibility on Hybrid working - Based in Canary Wharf.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed audits of employee files to verify nationality and right-to-work information.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and company standards.
  • Build a strong understanding of Country specific Nationality and Right to work requirements.
  • Foster effective communication to streamline processes and address queries promptly.
  • Demonstrate accountability in handling sensitive information and problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate should have:

  • Experience in HR roles or an HR degree and some administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Exemplary excel, word and outlook skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Understanding of discretion, confidentiality required within HR.
  • High Level of attention to detail, willingness to learn and pick things up quickly.
  • Used to data input and administration work.
