About Our Client

RoSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) is a UK-based charity that focuses on promoting safety and preventing accidents in various aspects of life, including workplaces, roads, homes, and leisure activities.

As the Head of Training Operations, you will oversee the operational efficiency of RoSPA's fulfilment teams, including training and consultancy, awards, events, and membership. You will ensure processes, budgets, and teams align with RoSPA's strategic goals, playing a key role in enhancing customer experience and business performance.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop high-performing, inclusive, and flexible teams, ensuring continuous training and coaching support.
  • Drive the success of Project Vigour, supporting the Operations Director in process and system development, adoption, and training.
  • Oversee and implement an efficient customer service function, ensuring high service standards, performance monitoring, and proactive problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, data protection legislation, and internal policies.
  • Manage and maintain content accuracy across RoSPA's web shop, social media, and publications.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental risks in line with company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership and management skills, and a project management qualification.
  • Experience in: IT systems (Microsoft Dynamics), data analysis, auditing, customer service strategies, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skills in: Communication, planning, organisational management, and commercial awareness.
  • Preferred: RoSPA Advanced Driving or Riding Qualification.
