Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy for the company.
  • Regularly review market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead on all aspects of reward, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and benefits.
  • Work closely with the HR team to integrate reward strategy with broader people initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on reward issues to senior leaders.
  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reward processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Reward should have:

  • Significant experience in a similar reward role building a function from the ground up.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing reward strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of reward systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
