Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the services sector.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management processes.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent for the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance across the company.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support change management processes to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources professional should have:

  • A strong background in HR within a matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies at an organisational level.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in of partnering c-suite execs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Capability to analyse data and deliver strategic insights to drive decision-making.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to complex HR challenges.
