Ensure high performance, compliance, and value for money while leading a large, multidisciplinary team and supporting strategic estate objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be an experienced and strategic engineering leader with a strong background in managing complex building services in high-profile, operationally critical environments.They will possess in-depth technical knowledge - particularly of mechanical and electrical systems, energy management, and building controls (such as Trend BMS) - and demonstrate a proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
