This is a brand new role as a Grocery NAM, forming a critical part of the sales team, tasked with managing the Grocer sales, building relationships, and ensuring the overall growth of the department.
  • Join a Market Leader in Oral Healthcare/Hygiene, very little red tape!
  • 1 x day per week in the South West, FULL Grocer P&L responsibility !

Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all grocery channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Develop strategies to successfully promote and sell oral hygiene products
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products

The Successful Applicant

The successful Grocery NAM should have:

  • A track record in Southern Based Grocers (Tesco/Sainsburys/Waitrose/Ocado)
  • Can commit to 1 x day per week in the South West
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data - Circana experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
