Additionally, they will certainly have proven multi-regional leadership experience in a complex, regulated, manufacturing or technology environment.Given the level of responsibility, the person's negotiation, relationship management and commercial acumen will be unquestionably strong. As will their understanding of risk, trade compliance and sustainability in procurement.Those are the 'essentials'. Beyond that, experience in a business that assembles complex, large machinery is an advantage.
